Wayne Machuca is one of the lead instructors for the ISTM CyberSecurity and Networking.

He has been teaching full time since 1999 and is a tenured instructor at Mt Hood Community College. He presently holds a variety of certifications including Certified Ethical Hacker, Security+ *, HL7, Oracle, and FEMA Security.
